I'm already looking forwards to Jonas' first ETNA participation.

Jonas was staying with Sarah, Krikke and Josse for three days.
From time to time, Sarah send me a picture (above).
I went to Bruges and I worked in my garden (below).
I enjoyed being a "free mum" for a few days. Specially because
I didn't have to worry, I knew Jonas was surrounded with love.

Yesterday we spent some time at the community garden of a friend.
JJ was asked to help as advisor, since he built a greenhouse for me
last month, he's now known as an expert.
As reciprocal service we got all kinds of delicacies made by Dorien
Knockaert!

ooke's feest

Today we went to Ooke's school. There was a celebration for the
children of the second year, because they "are growing older".
A beautiful and peaceful place, the environment where you dream
of when you think about children going to school.

Yesterday we gave a "garden party" to celebrate JJ's 30th birthday.

J., O. and S. stayed over for the night. It were two nice ☀️ days!

A lazy Sunday afternoon at J. and R.'s place.

I had lunch with Katy a few day's ago. She and some friends started 

a vzw "ETNA". She gave me a preview of the logo's. Looks great!

Line and Ella came over today. They brought nice gifts for Jonas; an

old book about "the ocean and its inhabitants", little mittens, a plush 

mole and a wooden woodpecker.

During our walk we saw how they cut down the trees in the lanes 

behind our house.

After two days of Christmas family dinners we spent the weekend in

an apartment by the sea, together with K & T.

visiting farther bruin

JJ and his sailing friends bought a boat, Farther Bruin. It's an old half 

ton racing yacht, made in 1977. The boat's name is derived from his 

designer, Bruce Farr and it's also a reference to an Norwegian tale. 

I saw the boat yesterday for the first time and I loved it! They still 

have a lot of work to get it in optimal condition. I hope they get 

it ready soon, so we can make some trips in the summer holidays!
