shimajiro 縞野 しまじろう

Katy and I brought Maia and Sara from Belgium to London. In 

London we stayed two nights in their parents' apartment. Our bed 

was in the living room. Every morning at 6.30 pm the girls came in. 

In an attempt for a little extra sleep, we put a dvd with Japanese
cartoon in the dvd player. Shimajiro, a sweet little tiger, was my
favorite!

I remember that period in my childhood: waking up very early, my 

mum still asleep, going to the living room and putting on the television 

to watch the morning cartoons.
