els' place

We went to Gent for the weekend, where we slept at my aunts place. 

After we visited the museum, she made us a delicious dinner and 

we had a cosy evening, chatting on the couch. I love here house, the 

colors, the furniture, the details,...

Today we were watching Galloways and trains in the Oude Landen.

Kate, one of our sheep, died yesterday. We don't know why;

she looked healthy, she had plenty of food, she was only three  

years old. 

So now, there are only Jade and Pipa left...

cousins

Jonas was staying with Sarah, Krikke and Josse for three days.
From time to time, Sarah send me a picture (above).
I went to Bruges and I worked in my garden (below).
I enjoyed being a "free mum" for a few days. Specially because
I didn't have to worry, I knew Jonas was surrounded with love.

Last Saturday at Colijnsplaat, Farther Bruin sailed the last race of the
winter season.

the zoo

Friday, the last day before the holidays, we went to the zoo with our
students.
It's a trip we do every year (pics from last year) and I always enjoy
the enthusiasm of the children.
