On our daily walk, Jonas is very interested in the cows. He says "boeh, 

boeh", looking at them. The weather is quite unpredictable. Yesterday 

rain (above), today sun (below).

Yesterday we had a barbecue for my niece's birthday. 

It rained cats and dogs. Luckily the sun came through, in the end.

Yesterday we went to the zoo. Most of the children from my class
never went to a zoo before and they were looking to the animals
with real marvel.

Today they drew their favorite animal. It was our last day at school.
I will miss the students!

Today there came a beautiful package by mail. It contained two
letters and a t-shirt for Jonas.
Thank you so much E.! Such a nice surprise. Receiving a present
while it's not your birthday is great!

Today I went to the Hobokense Polder with my students. In the morning
we cleaned up some garbage. And in the afternoon we took a walk.
It was a lovely day. Good to be, for once, in another environment than
the classroom.

Our girls went to the barber for a summer haircut.

Today we drove with our bicycles to the nearest town. There we 

bought some birthday presents and we had a picknick in the park.

Nothing spectacular, and still, it makes me very happy.

Yesterday I went to Elise. From now on we will come together every 

Tuesday,  to "create" and "work".

Today we went to Ooke's school. There was a celebration for the
children of the second year, because they "are growing older".
A beautiful and peaceful place, the environment where you dream
of when you think about children going to school.
